1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the AdmitScope AI website and service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by AdmitScope AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
AdmitScope AI provides AI-generated college admission probability reports and related insights based on information you submit. Reports are estimates and not guarantees of any admissions outcome.
3. Eligibility and account
You must have legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) sending spam or malware; (c) infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) probing, scanning or interfering with security; or (e) scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing technical limits.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, content, branding and documentation, is owned by AdmitScope AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them to provide the Service.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy describes the refund window we offer.
8. AI-generated outputs
Reports are generated using AI models and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not professional admissions, legal, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for verifying important information. We may filter, restrict or remove outputs that violate these Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) security or fraud risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdmitScope AI is established, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
