AdmitScope AI offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, provided that no analysis or report has been generated for your account. Because our reports are AI-generated digital goods delivered on demand, once a report has been produced and made available to you, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Eligibility summary
- Eligible: you purchased a report or plan but have not yet run an analysis or generated a report.
- Not eligible: at least one analysis or report has already been generated and delivered to your account.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we will help process your request with Paddle.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for the most recent billing period follow the same eligibility rule above — they are available only if no analysis or report has been generated during that billing period — and are otherwise handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
